SSC-CGL stands for “Staff Selection Commission - Combined Graduate Level” Examination. It is conducted for recruiting staff to different posts in various departments, ministries and government organizations of India. The examination was started in the year 1975. There are around 1.5 million test takers of SSC-CGL annually. The last date to apply for the exam is 25-May-2018. SSC has given the notification about the upper age limit and the minimum age limit to be 30 years and 20 years respectively.
